Lambs Amber Rum Cake

Pre-heat oven to 325. Grease and flour a 12 c. bundt pan.
Sprinkle 1 cup of walnuts over the bottom of the prepared bundt pan.
Mix all the cake ingredients together.
Cake Ingredients
1 18 1/2 oz pkg. yellow cake mix.
1 large pkg of Jello Vanilla Instant Pudding and Pie Filling.
4 eggs.
1/2 cup of cold water.
1/2 cup of cooking oil.
1/2 cup of Lambs Amber Rum.
Pour batter over walnuts in bundt pan.
Bake for 1 hour or until done.
Allow time to cool in bundt pan before turning out.
Invert on a serving plate.
Prepare the glaze.
The Glaze Ingredients
1/2 cup of cubed butter
1/4 cup of water
1 cup of white sugar
1/2 cup of Lambs Amber Rum
Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in water and sugar.
Boil for 5 minutes stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in Rum.
Cool.
Drizzle and smooth glaze evenly over the top and sides of cooled cake.
Allow time for the glaze to absorb through the cake.
Repeat until all the glaze is used up.
